As the products offered by https://hotcustomboxes.co.uk/ are customised according to the client’s requirements, customers are advised to inform the company if the delivered products do not meet their specifications or are defective. Any such concerns should be reported to support@hotcustomboxes.co.uk within 3 working days of receiving the order.
Chargebacks are not permitted. However, the company will provide a free reprint of the order if it is proven that the fault lies with the company. Product defects are assessed and confirmed by the management team at Hot Custom Boxes.
Customers must return the full order within 7 working days at their own expense, accompanied by proper documentation of the defect and digital photographs, so the order can be correctly reprinted. If the fault lies with the client but they still request a refund, the printed items must be returned. Refunds will be issued after deducting the product setup and shipping costs.
